All deliveries are made to your door only. Delivery personnel are not contracted to install your Christmas tree in your house or remove any packaging.
All real Christmas trees are triple packed for added protection.
We endeavour to get your parcels to you on a preferred date, however due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. However we ask you for your understanding at this busy time of year. Christmas Tree Land will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems. We suggest you have your tree at least 3 days before you need it to ensure you receive your tree in plenty of time.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and Saturday at a surcharge. Normal daily delivery times (excluding Saturday) are 8.30am to 5pm only after these times on your preferred day can an order be classed as 'late'. Please contact us the following working day for an updated schedule. We will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems.
Next Day Deliveries Deadline
For all next day deliveries, orders have to be placed by 1p.m. on the day of order to ensure you receive your products the next day.

All delivery charges and delivery areas are shown on our delivery pricing page. Orders over £75 are Free (UK Mainland only, excludes Saturday delivery).
