Christmas Tree Land Security Policy

We take your security very seriously and have gone to great lengths to ensure that your shopping experience with Christmas Tree Land is safe:

Christmas Tree Land uses the latest technology to ensure that your online payments are secure. Transactions that involve personal information (e.g. credit card numbers) are performed securely using our SSL secure mode. You can verify that you are in secure mode from the URL at the top of your browser: https:// - the "s" means "secure" and that the server is encrypting all data over the connection. Normally you will also see a padlock symbol present in the bottom left hand side of the screen during payment.

For your security, your payment details are passed directly from your bank to our bank's merchant service provider. We do not have access to, or keep records of, any credit/debit card details. The only exception to this is in the case of card payments made to us over the telephone, where we will manually enter your card details and you will be advised of this at the time. Once the payment has been processed your credit/debit card details will be destroyed.
